How to Raise a Complaint

Anyone who reaches out to Gapegypt Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page explains how to make a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

• How Gapegypt Garage Doors handled your call or message
• How your personal information was treated
• Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
• How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.

Please let us know too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Gapegypt Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@gapegypt.skin and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened, and what result you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. After that we look into it, which may involve contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
